Rainbows Retreat Cancellation Policy

• 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made within 48 hours of making your reservation unless reservations are made within 7 days of check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are final and nonrefundable.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking or at least 45 days before check-in will result in you being charged 50% of the total reservation cost. If 50% of the total reservation cost has already been collected, no further charges will be incurred.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking and less than 45 days before check-in will result in you being charged the total reservation cost.
• We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

Note: For reservations made on or after Feb 8, 2023, COVID-19 related circumstances are no longer considered an extenuating circumstance. Our cancellation policy will apply as usual.

Construction Update

We're passionately building and growing our lake retreat. While we expand, there will be some construction and landscaping activities. Our crew is doing everything possible to ensure minimal disturbances. Though we're unable to offer refunds due to construction noises, we're confident the upgrades will be worth the wait. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for being a cherished part of our exciting journey forward!

Non-Smoking Property

Rainbows Retreat is a 100% smoke-free property.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Also, we can provide recommendations for pet boarding options in Smithville.

Resort Rules

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10 pm to 10 am Monday - Thursday and 11 pm to 10 am Friday - Sunday. To minimize light pollution that can interfere with viewing the beautiful night sky, please turn your outdoor lights off when you are not using them.
• Drones: We do not allow drones to be flown on Rainbows Retreat property (to respect our neighbors’ privacy) without prior written consent from management. If you are considering bringing a drone, please reach out to us for more information. If you would like access to drone content, we will happily provide that to you.
